Princess Sal'maryntha, often called Maryntha in legends, was a princess of the Sea Elf who was the lover of Lysos I Apydon. Maryntha was parted from her lover to marry a lord amongst the Sea Elves, with her father granting (and some say, creating) the Isle of Lament as payment.
