Houses Minimal is a term used to describe Noble Houses of Pelegon which hold no lands. The Houses Minimal are the lowest noble houses, often "formed" via the knighting of a warrior or ennoblement of a noted servant. As they hold no lands, many Houses Minimal fizzle out as quickly as they are born.
