Adrastus the Ancient was a man of Kardunash who lived during the waning years of the Kardunashi Sea Empire. A weathered sailor for most of his life, Adrastus was said to have sailed across the entire world, and some tales say that he visited Pashayos, though many scholars doubt this. Adrastus supposedly lived to the age of 106 and fathered a great many children. His eldest child, Lysos, became Lysos I Adrastos and named his dynasty for his father.
In many tales, Adrastus is considered a son of Airon.
