Q'Daree Gevegg Cheg Chan'sleqed Aya'thoggin Yoq'tar, often called Gevegg, is a Sky Giant who serves as the village elder of the Undervillage. Gevegg came to the village about a century after the Fall of the Sweet Isle and used his strong magical abilities to erect a citadel and use its magic to protect the Beefolk, whom he considers his children, from incursions by the various monsters which roam the Sweet Isle. Like many of his kin, he is skilled in Divination and has foretold that saviors will be drawn to his village by his beacon and save the Beefolk, allowing him to return to his people in the great sky cities.

Following the protection of his people from a Unknown by the Spice Caravaneers, Gevegg agreed to accept Lord Karthyl Ugaros's offer of serving on his ruling council of the Sweet Isle as one of his principal advisors.
