The Companions of Roving Doom
An Agrikan fighting order sponsored by the clerical order, the Order of the Pillar of Fire. The order was established in 604 and helped Arlun the Barbarian to establish the kingdom of Rethem. The order's house is Arketh, in the kingdom of Rethem, from where Haragki of the order sally forth to commit acts of brutality and intimidation. The kings of Rethem have traditionally employed the order to "lean on troublemakers". Since the virtual destruction of the sponsoring clerical order in 717, the Companions of the Roving Doom have effectively become an independent body.
The Companions are a powerful force in Rethemi affairs and are known for their efficiency, brutality, and intimidation. They are highly mobile with significant cavalry of all types and warships allowing deployment anywhere in the Kingdom of Rethem within a few days. The Akarata of the order is Bremel Kawaran.
More into fire and wanton destruction than in disciplined warfare, Illriggers of the Companions of Roving Doom usually take contracts with Prince Naidurlas (Wrathknights) or Prince Molgoshka (Thrallmasters).
