Nebulan Chapterhouse
The Order of the Lady of Paladins, a Laranian fighting order, holds a large chapterhouse at Nebulan outside of Qualdris. Nebulan is the center of the order’s operations in Pagostra. Sir Remiu, the reblena (commander), is skilled and loyal. He works closely with the Warden of Oselmarch and supports the baron’s plan to build a keep at Oselbridge. Although the baron doesn’t know it, Sir Remiu believes the keep should be held by the order, with himself as constable.
