Weaponcrafters make most types of weapons and armor, but certain skills are less common here than elsewhere in Lythia. Boiled-leather tunics reinforced with ring or scale are the most common; complex forms of armor are generally unavailable. A few craftsmen make mail tunics but these are more often limited to knights and wealthy mercenaries. Swords, axes, spears, daggers, and short bows are common, due as much to the preferences of warriors as to weaponcrafting skills. Weaponcrafters are often closely allied with royal greatclans.
