Narska Carn is one of the Direktors of the Spire. According to Aures Mauslon, she (along with the other Direktors) had direct involvement in the conquest of Yherdova.
She does not speak, though it is not clear if she is physically able. She communicates by writing, and does not sign, though does understand it.
She is a master duelist.
