Broek is prosperous kingdom along the western side of Marchen along the coast of the Endless Sea.
Ruled by King Bergen and Queen Fleur, the kingdom has enjoyed many years of peace. The population is diverse, made up mostly of hardy fisherfolk near the coastal cities with the gentry preferring the inland countryside.
The populace is exceedingly fond of their royal family, celebrating the birthdays of the king and queen, as well as their son, Prince Erik as holidays.
Broek is also known for its weather magic. It's said that a sorceress is sent on every boat that goes out, each with the power to calm the seas, and quiet the winds. As a result, Broek is known for its gentle weather. Even the winters are bearable, and a cool breeze can be found in summer, bringing with it gentle soaking rains that make the land verdant.
