Originally the Headquarters for the Order of Dawnfire, Bright Crown Citadel (Cear Coron Llachlar in Elvish) was reportedly destroyed, but in recent discoveries, resides in a part of the Shadowfell. The construction of the Citadel is believed to be more closely related to the spell "Temple of the Gods" as the walls and other related structures have a source of Abjuration and Conjuration magics within them.
