Father Omar is an elderly half-elf who serves as the head priest of the House of the Bound Hands, a temple to Ilmater within the Shackles Ward of Calimport, within the Galit drudach of the Edijo sabban.
Father Omar is old even for a half-elf and frequently walks about on a cane or is helped up when going to make sermons. He has a kindly and peaceful demeanor though he is capable of casting spells as a cleric of Ilmater.
Father Omar is a former adventurer who ended up having a considerable amount of regrets for the actions during his youth and has turned to Ilmater in his later years.
To those in the know, he is a member of Ilmater's Tears, an Ilmateri organization that rescues slaves and helps slaves escape via the Calimport muzad to safety.
