An organization built upon the idea of helping the sick and injured who could not afford the care of an apothecary or cleric, the Old Doctors travel up and down the Sword Coast with the intent to help people with their ailments. Unfortunately, in most places that they have visited, they are more likely going to be looked upon with suspicion and prejudice due to the members bearing an odd appearance, and the lack of knowledge in some communities leading patients to believe they are practicing witchcraft.
