In 1494 DR, Those Who Harp had been aware to some extent of the Order of the Void and of their apocalyptic ambitions, but they had never dreamed of the release of a Dawn Titan. They assisted the Hawthorne Guild during the The March of the Dawn Titan, but since they aren't a tightly knit faction, their response was not as organized as other factions. The main faction contact present at Shadowtop Cathedral was Remalia Haventree. The Harpers mostly provided Harper mages and scouts during the event.
