The Guild Tavern, also known as Gunther's Tavern is a small tavern located near the Hawthorne Guild Hall. It gets quite a steady number of patrons daily, whether they count among the common folks, visitors or adventurers. The bar is ran by Gunther, a retired adventurer who lived in Lerwick for a long time, before the Hawthorne Guild was even created. When Lerwick was destroyed in 1494 DR, he moved in Hawthorne and works in the guild tavern that was rebuilt there. He is very respected by all for his assistance in the defense of Lerwick when it had fell to ruins around 1492 DR, in the time before the Hawthorne Guild came there.
