''Blaise" is a devil who is known by some members of the Hawthorne Guild for having caused havoc in the small village of Leefside.
In 1494 DR, he was reported to have destroyed the village of Leefside in its entirety, with the only survivor being Thea of Leefside. He is believed to have done so to taunt Ophelia D'Vespere.
