By all accounts, Albaerlus is a "radical." He believes in the freedom to use magic without need for a license, the abolition of slavery, the redistribution of Amnian wealth, and the equitable treatment of all races. Albaerlus would rather be silent than speak pleasantries or praise a system he believes to be broken, so in the presence of strangers he is often a man of few words. Around those he trusts or knows to be of like mind, he is quite friendly and jumps at the opportunity to speak of "radical" change.
