Dragonborn believe that they used to be Dragons that ruled Elioterra as gods until some event occured, poisoning the race, resulting in their current state, or even worse devolvement into Kobolds. Some Dragonborn and Kobolds are born with wings, or gain them through magic, and believe that they can regain their godhood through honoring their ancestors or finding ways to cleanse the “taint” that has spoiled their bloodlines.
