Oracle Scale

The scale has a white circle on one end with a rune etched into it. No one knows where the scale came from, but it is known that the wielder may cast the spell Augury as a ritual lasting half an hour without expending spell slots or components of any kind. However, instead of weal or woe, the orb responds with affirmative, negative or non-committal. While attuned to this item, the holder feels that every decision they make is vitally important.
