Kwik-Yig-Mart is on Dock Street, among the large condos in the north of town. The store is a classic minimarket where one can buy just about anything at any time, Although its prices are not competitive with the supermarkets in the mall, its owner, Audrey, is much loved for her dedication to her job.
The outer shelves are always full of fresh and colorful produce and the baked goods always smell fresh from the oven. And then there is Spike, the enormous python placidly lounging in the terrarium behind the counter. Quite a bizarre sight, but the neighborhood’s residents have taken a liking to him.
