Theia's - Recap

This wasn't much of an exciting session, so I'll make this short

Theia, Opalesence, Etrigan, Gywn, Phoam, and Aura Vanvoid rented out the heater and also a monthly supply of oil
- 8gp per month (heater) + 10gp installation
- 10gp container + free installation
- 36gp per month (oil)
Loren was able to also let us use the magical heater if we paid the full price of all cost of the rental upfront, which we agreed to.
We do not have a place to put the oil so Theia suggested the basement but the Drake needs to be dealt with
Now the coalition will charge one skull worth of gold for every mission
