Theia - Recap

We left the Inn by heading westward on the shore side, not realizing that this is where the giant turtles were. The entire time I was under the impression that there were just a lot of these small magic turtles, when in actuality there is only two, but they are very large and also strong. We opted to fight it to warm up for our spiderling push and that where things started going downhill. 

Fast forward Etrigan was eaten by the giant turtle and we fled, barely dealing any damage to the turtle. We climbed to the top of the cliff face where we were approached by people of the Blue Dragonflight as we were now in their territory. Dalinar was able to speak convince them that they would allow us to pass through their territory at a cost, this time they only charged us 1gp each person, and they said they would consider also allowing us to cut through other times.

We then continued to walk towards the Nerubian Spiderling nest where we found two sleeping large spiderlings sleeping. They were one that we saw in the past where they were dragging a dead dragon. We were able to discover that these creatures are called Lords, they are worshiped by the Nerubian Spiderling. They ususally travel with the Spiderlings and are the ones who take the damage for the others, their lowest save is Dex. They were sleeping at the base of a mountain cliff and when we looked up we saw 2 other spiderling rangers from above. So Dalinar came up with the plan to climb up the 100 ft cliff and push them off.

That plan worked well until it didn't, and it didn't from the very beginning, I remained on the ground because I couldn't climb. Throg was able to climb up but must have tripped over something or the third spiderling that we didn't see before did something because next thing he was falling off the cliff with the spider watching him fall. Long story short we fled this fight as well. As we were fleeing this encounter we ran into another Blue Dragonflight group which they are moving westwards. We were able to speak with them and tag along to the bridge overpass. 

While there, the Blue Dragonflight were performing a ritual by throwing leyline crystals to elementals at the base of the overpass bridge. As the crystal touched the elementals they began to double in numbers.

We then journey back to the Inn
