The Briskwater Academy were the only true academy in the entire region, and one of the few places that stored and utilized arcane magical power and lore. It was mostly a high elven institution, that ran without much interference from other factions in Briskwater. Lady Yeena, a powerful female wizard of genasi and elven origins, retreated to head the academy following her days of adventuring, and remained a well-respected figure in the political circles of Briskwater.
