Mark Markson is the eldest Minister in the domain, though he is not very old and there is no seat for him on the Primogen council. Further, there is no Temple for the church of Set within the Camarilla domain. He is a fairly plain-seeming college student, with an unremarkable personality. While this means he does not fit the typical charismatic minister stereotype, he does fit the criminal stereotype perfectly. If you want something, Mark can get it for you so long as there are no questions asked either way.
