Tern nearly looks like a ghost, if you've never seen a real one. His Nosferatu bane stripped any sense of color from him, leaving him more white than Rika. He's a rather secretive person who prefers not to be seen most of the time; however, you can always find him at Elysia with the rest of his coterie.
