Margaret is a bright young kindred who was recent presented to the court. Her presentation happened a bit earlier than usual, so while she is technically a neonate, she is only as old as a typical fledgeling. Perhaps her naïve demeanor is a front and she's much more capable then she lets on, or perhaps her sire simply didn't want the burden of a dependent childe for longer than he had to bear it.
