A Magister is a Tremere that has not sought political power within the Clan. Instead, Magisters act as teachers and supervisors of a Chantry's apprentices, so that the Regent can focus on more important things. Magisters tend to oil the wheels of the Clan, organizing training and seeing to disputes and punishments. Magister has also become a term of respect to an elder Tremere, an advisor or a teacher.
