Tevesh Szat is an odd being living in the Sulforous Springs region of Deskal. Thought to once be human his form has changed so much since then, that only his upper body resembles such. Tentacle like appendages make up the rest.
His true motivations are unknown but he has quite a large amount of influence. He uses this influence to gain political allies to the south in Achein, it is not know to what end.
The area around where he recides Xchlotish is known to be very peaceful and an excellent place to do trade.
