Arcane supremacy is a splintergroup living on the shard of Raka. They deeply detest the ruling class of the Consulate, especially their enforcement of The Suppression.
They live in the underground of the city of Ghirapur hiding from the powers that be, and avoiding the wrath of the general population.
Despite fighting for what they deem is the good of the common folk of Raka, the public hates them.
Destruction seems to lie in their wake and the Consulate is using their vast wealth to both fight them on the physical and information front.
