This weasel-looking Yōkai has sharp blades protruding from the wrist of all four feet. It's skin is filled with pins similar to those of a giant hedgehog, and unwary victims often get surprised since it has a bark not too dissimilar to that of a dog's.
They ride cold winds and dust devils when they do not use their own wings to close in on victims. The wounds given by a Kamitachi are hard to heal and deceptively painless. One might die from blood loss before noticing how severe a wound is. Some Kamitachis have been said to develop invisibility.
Their origin is not entirely clear, but rumours have it that they can be summoned by jealousy and spawned from abandoned sickles.
