Opposing armies have seemingly lost the will to fight even when outnumbering Lars' forces or committed strategic blunders of an incomprehensible magnitude. These victories and the frequent celebrations are part of the legends spread by the magnificent Kaí'tuph priesthood to emphasize Lars' divine right to rule. After all, if the kami grant Lars and his followers miraculous victories and splendid parties in a time of need, is that not a sign of their will?
Amongst those who know politics Lars is thought to be nothing but a puppet ruled by powerful priests. Prior to the civil war, Lars was known to be a beautiful buffoon, protected by name and title only. In court, Lars was known to say things so foolish they became recurring jokes.
