Believing that the fall of the empire was an inevitable consequence of civilization's decadence, Agana seeks to bring Panjo back to nature and in closer alignment with the spirits (Kami) of the forest.
Agana is thought to be part Kami herself. She and her followers have been seen to attack major infrastructure points including cities specialized in iron and wood works. Agana herself has not been seen in person by anyone outside her followers. Agana's army strikes like lightning and disappears like a gust of wind. Her army is very diverse and no central base has been located so far.
