The tower where you feasted upon the heart of a powerful dragon is the home of a arcane caster known as Sarkan Vol. It is located by no.20 on the Deskal Adventure Map.

It is located in the daggertooth ridge which cuts into the stomping grounds.

What Sarkan does is unknown to you, but you have heard weird growls and roars from the tower which seemed to serenade you while you feasted.

After feasting on the heart of the great dragon, its magical powers seems to flow through you.
