The Spirited Mind, although not directly tied to any developed nation, are headquartered in Ryllia's Vale. Although it is not publicly known how closely they are involved with the gods, The Spirited Mind is directly tied into the leadership and organization of the Army of the Gods.
The Spirited Mind also controls the border between The Cursed Lands (as well as the The New Frontier)and The Blessed Lands.
