The Last Frontier Chronicle
Uratha (Werewolf) Character Creation
Character Creation follows the creation rules detailed in the Chronicles of Darkness (pg. 24) book and Werewolf: The Forsaken Second Edition (pg. 81).
- Use a copy of the Werewolf Character Sheet to create your character for submission.
- All Uratha start with Primal Urge 1 for free and may raise it to Primal Urge 2 or 3 with Merit dots (5 Merit dots per additional dot of Primal Urge).
- All Uratha start with Harmony 7.
- All Uratha receive one free dot of Totem and the Language (First Tongue) Merit for free.

Types of Characters Allowed
Uratha (Werewolves) of the following Tribes:
- Blood Talons (Suthar Anzuth)
- Bone Shadows (Hirfathra Hissu)
- Hunters in Darkness (Meninna)
- Iron Masters (Farsil Luhal)
- Storm Lords (Iminir)
- Ghost Wolves (Thihirtha Numea) — Note: Ghost Wolves start with one fewer Renown dot
All five Auspices are allowed:
- Rahu (Full Moon) — The Warrior
- Cahalith (Gibbous Moon) — The Visionary
- Elodoth (Half Moon) — The Walker Between
- Ithaeur (Crescent Moon) — The Spirit Master
- Irraka (New Moon) — The Stalker
Gifts and Rites at Character Creation
Gifts:
- Start with the first Facet of your Auspice's Moon Gift
- Choose one Facet each from two Shadow Gifts (must be from your tribe or auspice list)
- If you have two dots in your auspice Renown, gain the second Facet of your Moon Gift
- Otherwise, gain one Facet of a Wolf Gift
- You cannot choose a Facet in a Gift for which you have no Renown dots
Rites:
- Start with two dots of rites
- Additional rite dots may be purchased with Merit dots (1 Merit dot = 1 rite dot, up to 5 additional dots)
A Note on Merits
Primal Urge: May not start higher than 3 (costs 5 Merit dots per additional dot above 1)
Totem: All pack members contribute to the shared Totem Merit. Individual characters may purchase additional dots.
Lodge Membership: Allowed with ST approval. See the Lodges for chronicle-specific options.
Embody the Firstborn: Requires ST approval due to its powerful effects.
Renown at Character Creation
- You receive one dot from your Auspice (Rahu=Purity, Cahalith=Glory, Elodoth=Honor, Ithaeur=Wisdom, Irraka=Cunning)
- You receive one dot from your Tribe (Blood Talons=Glory, Bone Shadows=Wisdom, Hunters in Darkness=Purity, Iron Masters=Cunning, Storm Lords=Honor)
- You receive one additional dot in any Renown (but cannot have 3 dots in a single Renown at character creation)
- Ghost Wolves receive only the auspice dot plus one additional dot (2 total)
Chronicle-Specific Notes
- Characters should have a reason to be in Anchorage, Alaska
- Consider how your character relates to the recent Forsaken victory over the Pure
- Territory claims are ongoing — work with your pack to determine where you fit
- The Lodge of First Peoples, Lodge of the Long Winter, Lodge of the Valkyrie and Lodge of Northern Lights are chronicle-specific lodges available with appropriate backstory
Wolf-Blooded Character Creation
Character Creation follows the creation rules detailed in the Chronicles of Darkness (pg. 24) book and Werewolf: The Forsaken Second Edition (pg. 296).
- Use a copy of the Wolf-Blooded Character Sheet to create your character for submission.
- Wolf-Blooded use Integrity instead of Harmony.
- Wolf-Blooded are immune to Lunacy.

Virtue and Vice: Wolf-Blooded use Virtue/Vice instead of Blood/Bone
Tell: Choose one Tell from the list in Werewolf: The Forsaken 2e (pg. 300–304)

Custom Tells are allowed with ST approval.
A Note on Merits
Tell (Merit): Wolf-Blooded may purchase additional Tells with the Tell Merit (•••) which may be taken more than once, unless they choose to take Mortal+ Supernatural Merits, take a Quarter Splat, join a Compact or Conspiracy in the Hunter: the Vigil game if they choose to take one or more of the options presented then they cannot take the Tell merit more than once.
Totem: Wolf-Blooded may only have one dot in the Totem Merit unless another merit overrides that
Pack Dynamics: Available to Wolf-Blooded who are formal pack members
Auspice-Related Merits: Some Wolf-Blooded Merits (like Crescent Moon's Birth) are available — see the core book for prerequisites
Chronicle-Specific Notes
- Wolf-Blooded should have a connection to the Forsaken Protectorate of Anchorage
- Consider whether your character knows they are Wolf-Blooded or is just discovering it
- The Wolf-Blooded nightmares about Carcosa may affect your character — discuss with ST
- Wolf-Blooded make excellent supporting characters but can also be played as primary protagonists
