Chains of Asmodeus, abbreviated to CoA from now on, is a D&D setting and adventure module that typically takes players from levels 11-20. We will be doing some homebrew adventures before those levels to establish your characters.

This adventure will see a group of individuals (y'all) in desperate need for some coin taking an odd job, and leads into those same individuals delving into the nine hells to claim something of insurmountable value that has been lost to them.

Players

The humble Berdusk, the Jewel of the Vale, sits on both the Uldoon Trail and the River Chionthar in Sunset Vale. Twilight Hall was located here, making the city the base of many operations for Harpers in the west and the north. The city was named for a local human warrior, Berdusk Orcslayer, whose driving out of orcs from the Sunset Vale made it safe to establish settlements in the area.

The Harpers have been the ruling guild in this city ever since Lady Dragonbreast became the ruler, and many are happy with this as the Harpers have goals that align with many of the working class in the city. Recently, though, a headquarters for the Hellriders of Elturel has been established on the borders of the city and they have been operating within it.
