AH-00 STEVE

CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:

Currently resides in Fractal City. Provided we can confirm it is Steve Prime, or any other who has been cleared by the Council of Steve, they can come and go at their leisure but only one at a time. Otherwise they are to be kept within ENO-25 with frequent deliveries of supplies. Providing internet access, computers, and video games seems to keep him/them fairly compliant.

When dealing with Steve be polite, and try to fulfill requests. He can become, understandably, irritable as most of his interactions are with alternate reality versions of himself. Do not call him 'Legion'. Even if you do so with good humour, he gets upset and says it is "unoriginal, annoying, and dehumanizing". Just call him Steve. It's the least we can do.

DESCRIPTION/EXTRANATURAL EFFECT:

vgH8sd45bx0l7YHWvjhvA36VkVE4EaDW3Orni58n.jpgUnless we serendipitously (NOTE: Try Serendipity) find the cause we can assume it is entirely random. No Steve (often referred to by order of shifting, or in files as AH-00-###) other than Steve Prime seems to have the capability to summon another Steve, though it is difficult to keep track of who the real Steve is at times.

Early on he requested we let him get a tattoo for identification purposes, and he chose a simple crown on his right wrist. However another Steve (We assume Steve-212) managed to smuggle in tattooing supplies and we have identified at least 14 other Steves with the same tattoo of varying quality.
