The Chicago's cell was commanded by Wellington Reis, half-brother of Alexander Zhao. He absorbed the Triad during the events of the chronicle, and recruited some more members. They started a cult, and began working in many criminal endeavors, since trafficking, and stealing of mythical artifacts.
