A faction rising from the Delta Aquarii Accords, this mixture of soldiers, citizens, diplomats and more hold allegiance not to a particular Zone or planet, but rather to the nebula as a whole under the Accords. They are tasked with keeping peace within the nebula and organizing any diplomatic negotiations that need to take place among Zones. They have embassies all across the Zones, but its Headquarters is located on the planet Narasheshe in Lashunta Space.
Its military forces are deliberately designed to force groups of all origins into a mixing pot of different units in order to foster a loyalty not to a particular Zone, but to the Accords. By law no Zone is allowed to have a standing army solely under its control; a portion of its soldiers and military tech and equipment must be given to the Accords. In order to keep with its mission of peacekeeping and not become a tyrannical force, it was agreed that all soldiers must have been volunteered for the service, and all backgrounds are accepted so long as the physical or mental requirements are met.
