The "The Green Dragon" is asian lady who has ties to the underworld and supernatural world. She negotiates peace agreements/and settlements. She has been doing this for hundreds of years to our knowledge. Some believe that she is a actual dragon in mortal form. One thing is clear that the parties that do not follow through with there part of the bargain end up dead. She does not talk much because she does not view most people worthy of her presence. And when she does talk you better listen or bad things can happen to you. It is also said no one may look on her beauty with out repercussions. (She always were a mask or viel to hide her face. ) Like your home blowing up; you get a rare deadly disease; or you just end up dead.
Actual History-
My name is Tatsuo Chung. I am a 24 year old Vietnamese woman orginally from Hanoi, Vietnam. My grandfather taught me explosives incase "The Americans attack again!" After he died I accidentally burn half of my face and upper body on the left side experimenting with explosives on my own. That's when after I healed, I went to collage for science- alchemy. When I was 21 I was approached by the Ascending Ones to become "The Green Dragon". I am suppose to sit in on negotiations of different parties and make sure the out comes are followed.
