Cosmologists theorize that an inherent weak spot in the magnetic field above the continent of Chordas allows astral radiation reflected off of Wilderos to alter the flora and fauna there. The lands are wilder and full of life and the races natives to this continent take on a more beastial aspect. A few, such as the centaurs and satyrs, believe they are spiritually connected to Wilderos and consider themselves among the fey, but most maintain their connection to Fronterra and the lands of Chordas.
