The Menagerie Parliament is body where all the nations and peoples of Chordas convene to hold diplomatic relations and make decisions for the entire continent. The chordans have long been set apart from the other races due to their primal features and that has in turn connected them to each other. As the trade and political relationships between the continents and sub-continents of Fronterra became stonger, the chordan nations sensed they could not compete with the powerful states of Orrian on their own. Thus the Menagerie Parliament was formed and Chordas has become a unified political power (to an extent). In Phyla, diplomats and representatives from each member state deliberate on intra-continental issues as well as extra-continental problems.
