The Tortles hail from a small island off the coast of Chordas, called Tortuga. They are a very wise and contemplative people, who live to incredibly old ages. The oldest among them are older than some living elves. They are masters of meditation techniques and some can alter their perception of to make weeks seem like minutes and years seem as mere hours. The patron spirit of the Tortle is The Turtle.
