As the aasimar seemed bless by providence, so the tieflings have been cursed by the fickle hands of fate. Born into seemingly average families in other societies, as tieflings grow they develop infernal features, like horns and tails, and an affinity for the dark magic of Veda. Seen as a bad omen, they are viewed with suspicious by almost everyone around them and most are cast out by their communities or choose to leave of their own accord. Some eventually find their niche in civilization, bizarre and strange races stick out much less in big cities, and some gather together with other tieflings, bound by their shared experience, they form communities of outcasts living on the fringes of society.
