Screeching Sara Webwhistler is a hag in the Ardeep woods. She maintains a home in a very large tree and is accompanied by an innumerable number of spider friends. The trees surrounding her home are filled with spiderwebs.
She is known to be in possession of three magical items of unknown abilites - a wand, a ring, and a tiara, stored in what seems to be a Bag of Holding that looks like a dumpy carpetbag.
Webs also adorn the entrance to a cave near her home. While she does not enter the cave, she is aware of the denizens and dangers within.
