Guild Hall for the Brotherhood of Cobbler's and Covisers'. While the building itself contains the business offices for the guild and houses services offered to guild members, the first floor is a market of sorts where members offer their wares for sale without the need to purchase a storefront of their own. Typically products purchased here are considered bargains but occasionally, the rare up-and-coming artisan will feature here before moving out on his or her own.
