The newest office holder of the Friar is Illu Stardust. A former ship’s cook, she is very patient and has shown more than one failing acolyte the path to access Valkur’s divine magic powers. (Her most recent reclamation project was one Barrett Thunderwood, who had struggled for nine years to master the most basic cleric skills and was nearly ready to give up.) She’s known for being forgetful and doesn’t mind being teased about it. Her healing abilities are unparalleled on the island (or the mainland) and she’s saved more people from death and disease than she can count.
