Gen is often employed as a cargo driver, with his current goods being foodstuffs delivered from the farmlands north to Waterdeep. He has three wagons in his business, and several hands and drivers to help. The Trollmates met him while looking for Hiron Zail as well as Gen himself, as he was needing to deliver a massive order of rations and produce to Helm's Hall. The Trollmates successfully located Gen and were able to send him on his way to Waterdeep.
