A human boy that, upon closer inspection, was found to be a Shadow doppelgängar. He was among refugees led by Darren. The Trollmates burned him out of existence with radiant magic.
At one point, reacting to Dhann using Deep Speech, Nerrick responded with, "Why? Why does he care about you?" While it was understood "you" meant Dhann specifically, no one knows who "he" is. Nerrick directed these words, and his demeanor, with hatred and anger. It almost seemed personal and if the boy had been able, most likely would have attacked.
