Arkes is a rogue who, along with Erminti, found himself in the Shadowfell with no memory of how he got there. Surviving for three harsh months, he and Erminti were able to escape to the Material plane through the portal that is pouring monsters into Waterdeep from the City of the Dead. He has been in Waterdeep for six months. The two rogues are extremely close.
He is a capable fighter, and is resistant to psychic damage from Shadowfell creatures.
Renaer Neverember took Arkes in and brought him back to health, and the rogue has decided to stay in Waterdeep to assist the resistance. Arkes is not as tough of a fighter as Erminti.
