A very tall, well put together minor noble of Waterdeep. He only moved to the city a few years prior and is known to be friendly, generous in his donations to various halls and temples, and well liked. His black and grey hair is slicked back and he uses a fancy cane for what appears to be a weaker left leg, but he potentially fakes this handicap for reasons unknown. Jonas has not been seen to worship any deities and while owning one or two warehouses in the wharf area, no one really knows what his business is in, although he is a merchant of some kind. It is rumored he deals with textiles. He mentions Vincent Trench as an acquaintance he hasn't seen for some time.
While most other people appear to Dhann with a red lifelight, Jonas Benedict shows a pure blue aura, matching the light associated with The Blue Lady.
